Shahan Ali Mohsin finished fourth in the Micro Max category in the fourth round of the Asian Max Karting Championship in Malaysia last weekend (May 29), but continues to lead in the overall standings in his category.
The young Agra boy, driving for Top Kart team, finished fourth in both heats and third in the pre-finals as he struggled with a jammed throttle cable, according to a release from the driver’s management.
In the final, though, despite putting up a staunch defence, Mohsin had to let go of his place as the gap of two-tenths of a second in terms of pure pace, proved too difficult to overcome, the release further stated.
