2017 Motorsport Development Programme

FMSCI is happy to announce that a training programme will be conducted for,

• Train the Trainer (Marshalls)
• Race Director (RD) and Clerk of the Course (COC)
• Stewards

This training programme is partly funded by the Federation Internationale de l’ Automobile (FIA) and would be conducted by the Motor Sports Association (MSA), UK, the approved / accredited Regional Training Providers (RTP) of the FIA.

If you are interested in the programme, please fill in the application form and submit to us along with the necessary Registration fees. Please note that the FMSCI decision on the selection of candidates is final. The FMSCI would refund the fees back to the candidates who are not selected.

Registration Fees (payable along with the Application):

1. Train the Trainer
   FMSCI to book Economy class air ticket, , Leonia Hotel Accommodation – 3 nights on twin sharing basis with breakfast, lunch and dinner at the venue – Rs.10,000/=. If single occupancy is required Rs.16,000/=
   In the event of the participant wanting to stay the extra night, they will then have to bear the costs for the extra night/nights directly with the resort.
2. Race Director & Clerk of the Course
   FMSCI to book Economy class air ticket, Leonia Hotel Accommodation- 2 nights on twin sharing basis with breakfast, lunch and dinner at the venue – Rs.10,000/=. If single occupancy is required Rs.14,000/=
   In the event of the participant wanting to stay the extra night, they will then have to bear the costs for the extra night/nights directly with the resort.
3. Stewards
   FMSCI to book Economy class air ticket, Leonia Hotel Accommodation -2 nights on twin sharing basis with breakfast, lunch and dinner at the venue– Rs.10,000/=. If single occupancy is required Rs.14,000/=
   In the event of the participant wanting to stay the extra night, they will then have to bear the costs for the extra night/nights directly with the resort.
4. Both Race Director & Clerk of the Course and Stewards
   FMSCI to book Economy class air ticket, Leonia Hotel Accommodation – 4 nights on twin sharing basis with breakfast, lunch and dinner at the venue – Rs.17,500/=. If single occupancy is required Rs.25,500/= .
   In the event of the participant wanting to stay the extra night, they will then have to bear the costs for the extra night/nights directly with the resort.
5. All three programmes (TTP, RD & COC, Stewards)
   FMSCI to book Economy class air ticket, Leonia Hotel Accommodation – 7 nights on twin sharing basis with breakfast, lunch and dinner at the venue – Rs.25,000/=. If single occupancy is required Rs.39,000/=
   In the event of the participant wanting to stay the extra night, they will then have to bear the costs for the extra night/nights directly with the resort.
6. For Hyderabad residents / those participants willing to make their own arrangement for travel / stay, the Registration Fees per program is Rs.5,000/=.

Important Note:

• For those who may not make it in the selection criteria, they may still attend the program by paying the following registration fees but will not be eligible for the subsidies offered for the flight tickets and hotel rooms and will have to bear those costs on their own. However, the special rates offered from the resort for the hotel rooms and from our travel partners for the flights can be availed of by the participant.
• Registration Fee for the Marshalls Train the Trainer Program – Rs.5,000/=
• Registration Fee for the RD & COC Program – Rs.5,000/=
• Registration Fee for the Stewards Program – Rs.5,000/=

Successful candidates in the programme will be issued appropriate license/s by the FMSCI and only these license holders will be allowed to officiate as Race Director / COC & Chief Steward for all National and above status events.
