The fast emerging young rallyist Harshitha Gowda was announced the First runner up in Class 8 at the Round 5 of MRF MOGRIP FMSCI National Rally Championship 2017. She also has a record that reads Winner of the Ladies Category at the Maruti Suzuki Autocross Championship 2016-2017 in both the second and final rounds, along with her many other participation and achievements.
